The hotel had extraordinary service-minded and professional staff thanks to the manager. The room was a nice size with fantastic views of the beautiful Pudong skyline. The property was in the heart of Shanghai, close to a supertall skyscraper.

The staff at Grand Hyatt Shanghai are well-trained and provided excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located near a newly opened cafe, shopping mall, subway, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, and offers great views of the Shanghai skyline.

The rooms are stylish and good-sized with down duvets. The location is highly convenient in a lovely building in a very nice area.

The room was well-appointed with smoke detectors and gates. The bathroom was luxurious with hairdryers, a walk-in shower, and bathrobes. The hotel was set in a central area not far from Riverside View. Easily reached Grandma's Home, located just a short walk away from the venue.

The rooms here are fantastic and impressive, offering excellent views of the skyline in a central location near the Huangpu River, ideal for our business trip.

The restaurant here is quite nice, but the staff seemed a bit too watchful, always checking on the diners. 🍽️ The bedroom was spacious and had a fancy open bathroom.

The property's location is excellent, it's close to everything, and when it got windy, we enjoyed stopping by Blue Frog for a relaxing time, and the club serves delicious meals.

grand hyatt shanghai was the best hotel i've stayed in shanghai. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the view from the tower was amazing. loved the facilities like the pool, gym, and sauna, and the custom noodle options were very convenient.

Communication was difficult, not many staff spoke english.

As a family traveling for leisure, we stayed at the Grand Hyatt for three nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional hospitality, accommodating staff, and smooth service. They promptly switched our room upon our request due to an odor issue, providing us with a beautiful and comfortable room. The pool was a great addition, complete with a hot jacuzzi. The highlight was the hotel's thoughtful gesture of arranging a complimentary mini cake for our daughter's birthday, which we truly appreciated.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
